One Arm Chest Fly: Chop
			
		In toe-lunge stance, 
arm opposite front 
leg extended holding tubing 
over head. Pull arm forward 
across body and down near 
floor diagonally, rotating 
entire body. Repeat with 
same arm, feet switched.
		Repeat sequence 
with other arm.
